Some of things i have procured over the last few weeks which should help with my recovery are:
Arnica 30x Tablets - from Nelsons pharmacy, london
Traumeel Cream - from Nelsons pharmacy
Bromelain - from Boots
The above should help reduce swelling, i fond the advise from Susan Blog very useful!
